And it Keeps On Coming

Heavy with tears the nebulous glow
hovers above my sanctuary 
soon to dump tremulus buckets
upon already sodden earth
Cloudburst.
Nearby river rises in the flow
attempts to escape to the sea
blocked by incoming ocean tide
flooding the land waiting rebirth
Cloudburst.

A pleasing read. I picture you there, in Napa Valley vineyards, about to be overwhelmed by rising waters from an impending rain storm! But it's not too late to compose this poem. I love the use and repetition of "Cloudburst."

Hi Tink.

I would prefer the title to be Cloudburst, but the form demands otherwise. Either way I enjoy watery poems and that certainly translates here!
