Celtic incantation

eclipse

Water through time shaping rock,

disparate parts of a clock waiting
to tell the time-does language shape
dreams?. Celtic scenes replayed in
the moon's tear raised from song.
The moon is like a wheel on fire
when pagan ghosts enter the dreams
of non believers as they dig the sky
for clouds to  water forgotten graves
creating an incantation to make this
church cry itself a the tear of a pagan God.

The most striking, memorable image has to be when pagan ghosts enter the dreams/of non believers. I love it! The title drew me in.

I thought digging "the sky for clouds to water forgotten graves" was a fascinating image but Tony's right "when pagan ghosts enter the dreams/ of non believers" is the winner.  Nice~
