The Soledad is:
a. a tercet, most often a stand alone poem, but can be stanzaic, using any number of tercets.
b. syllabic, each line is 8 syllables. Often the 3rd syllable of a line is stressed.
c. rhymed, rhymed scheme axa bxb etc x being unrhymed.
d. commonly written with internal consonance and or assonance.
