Verse Form:  7/5 Trochee

My granddaughter has come to live with me and work in my office.  She is taking the semester off to give her time to make decisions about where she wants to go to college.  In the meantime she is learning my business, earning a little money and taking some on-line GE courses.   She has been with me a month and is doing very well but her Dad (my son) missed her so much he flew her home for the weekend.  😍   This is what prompted this poem.
