An ancient oak ominously leans over the patched, curled roof. A shattered side window repaired with cardboard and duck tape suggests a previous break in. Tinker Posted October 31, 2018 Author Share Posted October 31, 2018 Thanks Badge. Haha, I had to look up "duck" tape. I wasn't sure duct or duck but it was duck.... That grey wide tape is what I had in my head. I probably will play with this a little. I keep getting flashes of images I left out. I don't want to drag it out but the loneliness I felt this morning while writing this has haunted me all day. It's getting close to a time when I can go out with friends to a movie and dinner and have fun. I wasn't expecting the inclusion of a human element and was pleased to find it.
