Eid greetings!

Bloodyday

One more smile

free your dreams like dove

no more tears

one more embrace for love

we walked this way

long time ago

memories are still same

never let it go

for passion and love

this is the day to sing

live your life

in forever spring.

This is a delightful occasional poem, Bloodyday. My favorite parts are

One more smile

free your dreams like dove

and

live your life

in forever spring.

I like the title, too!

hi tony

what's up?

There is a tradition in our EID festival. After praying EID prayer alltogether we all embrace each other. some scores 100 in embracing others some are none. i scored 20 and i was invited over 20 relatives. it's hard to maintain those invitation because too much eating causes something in your digestion!

But overall we love this festival for this reason! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif236907.gif

Ah, but you don't need hackers to listen -- it's all FREE and streaming internet radio. Just go to the LISTEN NOW drop-down menu and choose Vocal Trance. But to save, you would probably need some special software. I usually look for the stuff I like on youtube -- a lot of it's there, too.

Bloodyday, I am embarrassed to admit I was not familiar with the Festivity that inspired the poem. So I did a little research. I first found Eid al-Adha which didn't fit the poem so I looked a little further and found Eid ul-Fitr. It is an "upbeat" joyous festivity filled with love and charity. Thank you for the introduction.

Eid ul-Fitr

The natural sun rises

on honey dipped dates

to break the sacred fast

in honor of the trodden path.

Pilgrims don fresh dress,

recite ancient prayer

and reach out to draw

their neighbors to their breast.
