A river called Sadness

Remember? We sat on a border, wetting

the feet in sadness

The troubled waters

shaking our reflexes

We are printed in water's silk inside? Let's reunite

on the hands of glass

the foam of our face.

The beginning of this poem hits me the hardest --

Remember? We sat on a border, wetting

the feet in sadness

This is how I feel when I balk at doing something I want to do because I fear taking the initial step.

Joao. This is amazing poem. I loved this one. I agree with Tony for the beginning of this poem. So poetical and sounds wonderful.

Hi parreira

unique metaphor you have embedded in the verses and i think the lines below have so vivid expression in a short.

We are printed in water's silk inside?

The troubled waters

shaking our reflexes

there is no complexity to portrait the picture and at the end of the day, the works reserves huge round of applause.
