Each wind that blows is king in turn, melting skies reveal the tear that never dries the moon reflecting a Victorian Queen. Sly cemetery ghosts tease the slow wind that sails through the gate with tales and forgotten fingerprints on metal and words on a paper crown, on a grave a color blind rose beckons ghosts to prick fingers to trace Rathdowney in history's blood, receding clarity of fading pages.

Another fine poem of place. I love poems that focus on places. This one has wistful, haunting characteristics. Nicely done.

Hi Barry,   At first glance this seems hard to read.  I guess I am still stuck on the line as the measure of poetry.    I would love to see this broken into shorter lines.

Sorry Barry, but broken into lines it is so much easier to read.

I like the images and would love to visit this place.

So it wasn't deliberate to run this all together?    Now things are becoming more clear on your recent posts. We're debating the features of prose poetry and you are just having technical difficulties.  Haha....
