Prays with waterfall between hands

From Douglas fir tree. When 
Does flame
Become a fire. Can lightning
In dreams tempt tears. Sky
Clears with arrival of buzzard hawk.
Does a bird watcher have a 
Tear in each palm, moon reflected in 
Blood on claws before disappearing
