tonyv
Takes me back to my youth. I recall lying down in the back yard with headphones on, about fourteen years old, staring up at the blue sky and seeing the occasional jet go by ... The best word in this poem: exhaust. I can see someone trying to be clever using "contrails" with little success. Though its origin might not be Anglo-Saxon, "exhaust" is hardcore American. I love it.
