Tinker
Texas Massacre The winds they came and then the rain and down it poured. The people thought they could remain by grace, my Lord! And on it came and came and came, the signs ignored. The bayous spread, no one to blame, we trust our Lord. The water rose and rose and rose, the streets a fjord, from flooded homes they were deposed. Please save us Lord! From roof tops plucked by valiant souls all in accord with vollunteers who played their roles. We thank you Lord! It will take years to build again, til then reward will be in all lives saved Amen! Stay with us Lord. ~~ Judi Van GorderSwinburne's Quatrains Quote ~~ © ~~ Poems by Judi Van Gorder ~~ For permission to use this work you can write to Tinker1111@icloud.com

Terry L shuff
People don't hate each other, like the American media wants us to. the American people have helped the world, and so have all her allies. For more than 100 years. they've got this. Terry
Tinker
Yes Geoff, Valiant souls are working round the clock. Thanks for reading. Terry, Disasters usually brings out the best and the worst in us. So far I haven't seen too much negative, but the volunteers and first responders certainly have stepped it up. And for those who haven't seen the note in the Discussion Forum Marti is safe but has flood damage and is still waiting on possible more flood. It is not over. ~~Tink Quote ~~ © ~~ Poems by Judi Van Gorder ~~ For permission to use this work you can write to Tinker1111@icloud.com
