rosschandler
Shooting down bound in light Angels falling left and right Hurling thru the star swept night Unfurling all their golden light People point and mothers cry Grab their children, run inside Showers pouring Seraphim And all the Thrones of Elohim Holding hands with Cherubim Singing all the while on fire Dripping love they do perspire Calling out this cosmic choir To every shining child sired By the Lord and loving Sky They come to cleanse and putrefy All those soulless in denial Yet the faithful need no trial Those who chose to quench their thirst With the blood of Jesus first But those who chose just to lust Fearing nothing till they must One by one do watch them run To any angel they see come Lucifer is on the hunt In the distance is a grunt As it echoes from the legions Of hellish minions whose allegiance Is to any form of pain Hurt, disgust or disdain That has in it no means or end No suffrage for the poor of men No return or dividend Then at last the battle cry, “Who is like God!” heard from high To recants of, “Fallen…Rise!” Which these seething beasts do call As they from crack and crevice crawl Screaming, cursing each and all Michael and his army swarm Take the pure of heart and form To that chariot they’ll go The one Ezekiel saw glow Meanwhile Michael makes a round Redeeming all the lost he found One by one they will ascend If to him they do amend Genuflect and close their eyes Accept the lamb and lord then rise And Lucifer, well, he does laugh And continues his blood bath Angered, vowing all his wrath Snatching bodies without soul Filling them with sin and cold And the hatred Hell does hold They will grow to demons now Join the legions of the proud Denying Michael’s band of brothers Seeking to destroy all lovers But the humble who denounce Pound for pound and ounce for ounce The skin and bones they were dealt Fast and furious will melt And from the ash for Peter’s sake They will rise up to his gate Besides the others where they’ll wait As the war of wars begins Until the war of wars, it ends Surely that in faith they know Heaven will defeat this foe But the battle still is waged For Lucifer is still engaged Thus the lust of Lilith caged Is unleashed for she’s enraged A bleeding Valkryie in flight Talons dripping bloody night As she does swoop and pierce Proving that her will is fierce Stabbing cherubs in the heart Yet, they are but stars that spark Woman turned pure demoness Spurning Adam’s one request To serve beneath him during sex Lilith to this mist did flee Children vowing to destroy Infants, every girl and boy Thus God did send his own envoy Semangelof with Sansenoy And Senoy help to save each boy Save each girl; stop her disease eight and twenty days respectively Lilith vowed to dominate Claiming she controlled their fate This cherubic triumvirate Came with words and amulets And once again the come for her Heeding Michaels call and word The underworld then does hurl Straight from Hades just a girl Persephone, Queen of the Dead Maiden swineherd who she fed Pomegranate seeds and figs To all her rabid, frothing pigs Millions upon millions more Of these swine to join the Whore Sniveling and bearing wings Each of these chosen cloven things Savage and relentlessly The ravage anything they see While she in linen sings a song Unbridled hair so dark and long Like a siren of disease Reaches out her hand of seeds Offering eternity To all the dominances Principles, men and wenches Those who stained from love refrained To them she offers without shame Immortality and might Now Gabriel does join the fight Strength of God and grace above He does unleash a single dove To say the least she is but Love All those staring in the sky Watch the loving dove then cry Eden weeps along as well And drenches all appalling Hell Heathens, succubi and specters Incubi, non-genuflectors Every devil with their scepters Drown as riverbanks do spill Levees break and oceans fill Boiling Hell begins to chill Lakes, ponds and little creeks Overflow when Gabriel speaks Lilith and her concubines With distorted, twisted spines Mangled faces, heaving breasts Crooked fangs and heartless chests Rotten, rank and reeking breath Tongues that taste like wasted death Serpents as they slowly slither Beg hither all their prey to whither No longer can he stand to look The Light of God puts down his book Points his flaming sword at Hell Now prepared comes Uriel The Light of God shining bright Come to fight the God of Light The very mighty prince of presence Of the seven he is repentance Pitiless as any minion In the devils damned dominion Metatron to some he’s known Enoch the almighty Throne Handing out to all mankind The amulets agreed to bind Carved by the triumvirate In charge of medicine and gifts Lucifer is not amused Beginning to become confused Time for Beezlbub who cries Lord of maggots and their flies Now in charge is Azazel Satans fallen kin from Hell They will eat the rotten meat Left behind after defeat The Kracken and Leviathon Also now are called upon From the ocean rising up In devotion these two erupt Pain unleashed and heaved to earth The monster and the serpent work Dragging all who still remain Into the depths from which they came Laughed the unchained Azazel Who once was bound to Dudael Now comes again winged Raphael Per the order God once gave Cometh final judgment day Into the fire shall be cast for good Azazel and all who would Pass on the chance if they should To enter Eden’s Paradise Join these winged angel knights And thus the cardinal winds did win Satan to his knees avenged
tonyv
This is very impressive, Ross. I've read it through once already and will surely read it again. It's very epic-like, like one of the Milton or Dante classics. I recognized a lot of it (probably 50%) as coming from Revelations, but there was a lot that was unfamiliar (in the second half), too. Even so, those unfamiliar parts made it even more interesting. I am curious ... How long did it take to compose this? Was it all one shot, or did you do some, put it down, and come back to it? Tony thank you. i wrote this all down at once about two years ago. took several hours. i wanted to depict Judgement Day. it is a sort of midrash, qabalistically speaking, telling the backstory of the prophecies. It's a post rapture esque sequence of events. the four archangels all have their role. michael is to assist Jesus as the judging angel. raphael is to unchain azazel, the watcher angel who fell with Semyaza and was bound to chains beneathe the desert in Dudael until Judgement Day. Gabriel drowns hell with the tears of Eden weeping. Uriel is the avenging angel. Books like Sefer Raziel and the Book of Enoch, the Book of Adam and Eve were my inspiration.
