eclipse
The photographic wind left my dream it took my neighbor as its new theme, it trapped him in a series of images intimating his worst theories the photographs blurred into a film chapter playing in a theater the wind blew through the screen reaching me in the seats i became part of the films scene and turned into the chapter's streets, he walked the streets and ended up in the theater he glimpsed himself shouted and turned off the films projector

tonyv
Quite interesting, Eclipse. An instance of voyeurism that has gone too far? Perhaps it has backfired? Tony PS -- I'm sure A-C's reply was meant as a compliment, as in "It's cool." David W. Parsley
Hi Eclipse, to me this poem explores the perils of opening up to people you want to know better. It is the only way to find new friends, but it can backfire: when this emergent person sees himself/herself through your eyes, it can be treacherous ground. Your limited knowledge may completely misrepresent him/her, or at least his/her own self assessment. Or you may have intuited rightly, but it is too soon, too intrusive to share it. And I may have it all wrong (perilous!), but like this piece. - Dave
