Weißes Licht

auf meinem Schulweg

dann plötzlich Hitze:

irgendwann später

wachte ich auf

sah Schatten von Menschen

in Mauern;

schutt, herumgewirbelt.

Brillen, Sandalen

meine Brotdose

Ich ging heim.

Da war

kein Heim

nicht Mutter

Schwester, niemand.

Meine Haut begann

sich zu schälen wie

ein Apfel,

eine Orange:

unter warmem

schwarzem Regen

saß ich

nichts fühlend.

Drown your sorrows in drink, by all means, but the real sorrows can swim
