Larsen M. Callirhoe
Love A Magic Spell If I heard some one call my name out of the blue. I would pray to God asking him what I should do. If it could only be as simple as me tieing my shoes or counting to three in my head or my dreams. The magic that this notion brings to your thoughts. When I tell you that I am in love with you and grab your hand and place it on my heart. I only ask of you that you do not think of me as being bitter, old, and frail like a fool. How many times in words I wanted to tell you I am in love with you. I speak these strange words it seems from the bottom of my heart, I am only asking for your love in return like it should honestly be. It seems so strange that all you have to do is say yes to me. If I was calling out your name in my nightly dreams when I sleep, Would you come to me so freely as fate would have it be or would I have to hunt you down like the lost sheep in the flock that I am herding so blindly. All the same I tell you with mere words in this song. I tell you in this jubilee that I am in love with you and nothing else will be suffice until you say I do, to me. Is this just the voices I am hearing in my head? When all I wanna do is ask for your love till the stars are no more and the sun is is shining way up high in the day sky. With every word on your lips is my plea hoping you would only say yes, If you could just take a chance on me I promise yo the world and more. I promise you everything you need in life if you would just take a chance on me. Quote Larsen M. Callirhoe
Aleksandra
What a sincere poem, Victor. :) I like the open way you wrote this poem. The recognition of the real feelings, even if they are so naive, so crazy, so simple, so helpless, or even hopeless. gives this poem some beauty. The love, is always so inspiring to everyone. I just don't like the word wanna :D, Keep writing ;). tonyv
Wistful and grounded in reality, Victor, especially here: How many times in words I wanted to tell you I am in love with you. I speak these strange words it seems from the bottom of my heart, I am only asking for your love in return like it should honestly be. It seems so strange that all you have to do is say yes to me ... Is this just the voices I am hearing in my head? When all I wanna do is ask for your love till the stars are no more and the sun is is shining way up high in the day sky. And Alek, ... I just don't like the word wanna :D, You were the queen of gonna/wanna. I tried so hard to get you to correct the error of that way ... I think you finally came to the realization all by yourself.
