Poem: *D*E*S*T*I*N*Y* Speaks To Us All!

****

Hello all!

I’m every ones

*D*E*S*T*I*N*Y!

DESTINY I AM!

I’m your DESTINY …

I speak to all!

That would hear my lovely voice.

The reason & sweat melody

that it truly is & always will be.

I DESTINY

Am every soul’s friend!

To roam the sky

in passion forevermore

where every cloud

is like the snow flake

that falls from the wind.

It melts on the soil

only causing flowers of glory

to rise anew.

I’m a pillar of truth

like a clear crystal glass

filled with sparkling water & deep red wine.

To quench all that thirst

for me.

I’m your DESTINY after all!

DESTINY is my name.

I call out the numbers

to every persons desire

like every green blade of grass

that grows in the distant meadows

where deers & lions roam.

I‘m the journey

of pleasing fantasies

to reach out for

like every treasured jewel

that makes your life full.

I walk on every illusion

you could ever imagine seeking out

like every mountain top

you climb seeking only fresh air

and a pleasant gulf breeze.

You’re the wish

of every new stars birth

like magic you were born

blessed to exist always

and soar in the horizons forever-more.

DESTINY will always capture

every morning breath

that calls me (or us) out daily.

Hello all my name

is of course your DESTINY!

It is my time

to fly amongst

the ravens & the doves.

and soar were innocence of my heart

will always dwell in blissful peace!

I bring you infinite drifting clouds

to find new horizons in all paths

and touch the highest peaks

of your utmost thoughts.

Where only freedom

may dare to go

to inspire all the daydreams

that fill your most beautiful heart, *D*E*S*T*I*N*Y*!

You’re a child of truth to always be

from the Creator’s designs & hands

of course; the way you perceive.

Destiny I hear your desiring reason

calling out to me. Only wanting to

hold my hand becoming your friend.

As you guide life thru out infinity

where all the planets know there

infinite destinations of enduring

survival.

Your heart is beautiful

like a sparkling gem

that shines like the sun.

and is as deep and warm as the

currents of a never-ending

eternal stream by the Atlantic Ocean.

DESTINY is my eternal name!

I’m every mans’ dreams

I’m every woman’s plea

I’m every child’s glory

I’m everyone’s pillar of hope and grace

I will always be

the tasteful flavor to all.

And every *D*E*S*T*I*N*Y*

Be always will I.

Your poem and its first person voice reminds me of the Bible Book of Proverbs and the tone of its delivery. Nice one.

Victor, This is fascinating. The same theme over and over with new looks. I don't know if destiny is always friendly or desireable. You certainly tackled a mammoth theme and conquered it.

Hi Victor,

What is wonderful about this poem is the note of hope you convey throughout. One gets a sense of a benign force in the "DESTINY" here. I love these parts:

"I DESTINY

Am every soul’s friend!

To roam the sky

in passion forevermore.."

And:

"I bring you infinite drifting clouds

to find new horizons in all paths

and touch the highest peaks

of your utmost thoughts."

Also:

"I’m every mans’ dreams

I’m every woman’s plea

I’m every child’s glory

I’m everyone’s pillar of hope and grace"

You've been thinking deeply it appears. Thank you for this upbeat write.

Victor what a beautiful poem you wrote. This is something new what I have read by you.

This long poem flows wonderful with it's expressions, and thats why provokes the reader to go on and on to the end of the poem.

I love this poem of you Vic.

Especially like those parts:

I’m a pillar of truth

like a clear crystal glass

filled with sparkling water & deep red wine.

To quench all that thirst

for me.

I walk on every illusion

you could ever imagine seeking out

like every mountain top

and touch the highest peaks

of your utmost thoughts.

Wonderful written Victor, very moving and deep.

Victor, I like how you use the asterisks; they add a feeling of glitter and temptation. The poem starts off like a chant:

Poco a poco (little by little) and dolce (sweetly), the staccato bark of carnies on the midway eventually slips into mesmerizing lyrics with the occasional jolt (in bold):

The poem subito (suddenly) returns to the tempo primo (original tempo): marcato (or marching beat):

Sorry for the Italian MUSICAL TERMS ... I'm just trying to sound fancy icon_lol.gif. But I do mean what I say about this poem's musicality. I love it!
