Frank E Gibbard
My ardour for Marilyn Monroe’s being has not even slightly cooled. It sizzles to this day and ever glows like those silver screens she ruled. The sex appeal that from her oozed maybe Marilyn’s predominant feature, no wonder a world of men enthused over this beautiful semi-siren creature. She left very few cold if truth be told, made many a happy man feel very old imagining what that Arthur Miller’s got. There’s more than some who like it hot, no body’s perfect, but hers gave it a shot, the dame had more than most girls forgot.

Tinker
NIce tribute to Marilyn, Frank. When I think of her there is a sadness. She had it all but having it all destroyed her. She has inspired many poems. Here is an old one of mine. On the Way to the Ladies Room ~~Tink Arthur & Marilyn I wonder did he tell her his complicated views, across a bite at dinner did they discuss the news? Of course we know her draw it's obvious but yet, did she run deeper than we saw, with him was she set free? Who knows the consequence of fame, with her, pale Arthur wasn't seen. Yet horned rims and his skinny frame were enough for Norma Jean... ~~Judi Van Gorder Quote ~~ © ~~ Poems by Judi Van Gorder ~~ For permission to use this work you can write to Tinker1111@icloud.com
