moonqueen
Thanks, Frank. The Everlys are amongst my favorites; I saw Phil Everly live at a nightclub in the mid-70s. Don was in a mental hospital, at that time, so Phil toured, alone. He and his band did all the hits, not quite the same, but close. I will continue to mourn him, along with Elvis, Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson and others, not quite as high profile. I enjoyed this, a great deal. tammi
dedalus
A generous tribute, Frank, but honest to God ... "vinylly ??? Cheers, Bren Quote Drown your sorrows in drink, by all means, but the real sorrows can swim
tonyv
I'm not such a fan of these guys, but many, many people are. I remember this stuff from certain parts of my childhood, and the music takes me back. Agree with Brendan -- terrific tribute. Very "Frank." Benjamin
Lovely childhood memories for me Frank with "Bye Bye Love" and other songs of theirs on 78rpm records that my older brothers brought home and played. The beginning of a new world in so many ways. G.
