Larsen M. Callirhoe
Voices of Our FutureThe nighttime twilight minutes become a fast distant fading echoing memory where all yesterdays riveting sunsets end as it always lowers into the western wind.Time whispers to me as the rising morning sungives off his light transparentlyas the eastern clouds in the horizonquench humanity's thirst and hungerto start a new living blessed day. As freely as the songbirds do sing to usElizabeth your voice flutters in tune with these wonderfull creatures of nature. The tide rolls in one after anotherfor all eternity from the oceans of the world around planetas long as time will existand the star of this Earth gives off light and warmth. These fleeting memories of us making love passionately on every seashoreimpress on both of our young carefree mindslasting forever or as long as our souls care to exist. My beating heart cares to give youthe love you deserve my beatiful princessthat God has bestowed to me a virtue of promise I will not forsake. My heart tells me when I hear your soft enchanting voice my lovely dearthat you are the one I want to fulfill my life with.We shall dance on the cloudsand walk on the waterif this is what it takesto have your hand in marriage.I promise my words ring true. So please I want to spend the rest of my life with you.Close your eyes and imaginea large mansion to be our homewith lots of young children playing all around in your head. Please let this be our future together? tonyv
Whoa Victor, another hit. I like how you often mention her by name in your poems. The lines that struck me the most were lasting forever or as longas our souls care to exist (!!!) and if this is what it takesto have your hand in marriage ... Please let this be our future together? I always look forward to your works. I'm glad to see you're producing. Larsen M. Callirhoe
Thanks Tony. And Thanks Tony for stopping by my dear friend to read my poetry, for it means the world to me it truly does. I am happy that you believe my recent postings are hits that also means a lot that others believe I am producing worthwhile reads.. And yeah I have been producing stuff since like June of 2000 straight which is a long time to dedicate to write nonstop. One person I do miss her is Jonathan dearly with his works being about real life struggles with loving heart as he said in a lot of his poems hey just take me the way I am. Maybe in a few days I will save all his works recorded on this site as pawn shop. I wish I had saved all hhis works on the other forum that we all lost stuff on especially him. I felt it made his heart not to care to post written works. And since he didn't own a computer maybe he got canned at the job where he used a computer to post his past works. miss his friendship dearly hear as much as Aleksandra and Goldenlangur and a fw others. Love the folks here now also... life changes however and I hope are Philippian friend survived that last typhoon out there. victor Quote Larsen M. Benjamin
Some grand and expansive imagery to reflect the sincerity that runs through this piece. I particularly liked "We shall dance on the clouds" B.
