fdelano
Guest A barren desert forms, flat and featureless within my loneness, clamping the fear inside, to reside alongside hidden, buried memories. Only a patina of awareness is required to give new life to times and deeds reviled, ones that spread throughout to fill every fiber with regret. Alone, no way to change what lives under false covers of excuses and guilt rising to defend, only to create the ogre that never dies. fdelano
I try to read PMO most days, enjoying the wits and talent of others. Sometimes, the members turn the tables on me and their praising comments give me ego, EGO. Not good for a so-called poet; his hat shrinks. Thank y'all for comments and friendship. Not many things are better to share than a poem, unless it's a drink. Salute!
