I am death the vulture cried

picking bones from teeth

with a lazy talon

you made a good feedl

you beings

plenty of tasty fat

that's where we're at

you were a sumptuous

bumptious breed

now no more

we saw you off another dinosaur

then a hyena he saw

really must fly

a final hissy sigh it sighed

still other animals aplenty though

you were good to know

bye bye

Great poem Frank. Thought provoking with a touch of humor. Sorry to hear you were ill, glad to see you are better and writing again. I was worried.
