Frank E Gibbard
A la “Cheers” Brian quaffed his beers just like Norm of the sitcom as was his norm the regular form for him and I in the Plough. Wish he was here now with London Pride bitter ale, without fail, per usual on phone to other mates. But he’s now gone out not for the routine fag left us one last time. Brian has quit our company sadly depleted not defeated. Another pint to him lads he’s left the pub, ah our final rub. Not au revoir, one more jar; all we are. (written for his recent memorial booze-up at our local, the Plough, and on his family page on facebook)

Tinker
Ah Frank, Sorry for your loss. Fun tribute which I am sure at which he would have chuckled while feeling honored by your obvious care. Nice.~~Tink Quote ~~ © ~~ Poems by Judi Van Gorder ~~ For permission to use this work you can write to Tinker1111@icloud.com
