rhymeguy
Sitting cross legged on sea dampened sand, briny water ebbs and flows across naked feet. The stygian sky offers nothing for the ebony marble sea to reflect. Silence except for the comings and goings of relentless waves breaking on and retreating from the shore. A light pierces the atramentous sky, a singular illumination born light-years ago to disrupt this darkness. Fractured upon the reflective sea and cast back into the sky, A thousand lights, born of one, begin their journey to a darkness light-years hence.
