One day the evil came to see him

when held a dry martini

evil exists in the background

of the beauty

one day

when the Times of New York brought to him

fresh blood of the Clutter.

Thanks for sharing this latest poem from your writers series. I'm not so familiar with Capote, but I Wiki'd him and found him to be an interesting character. The poem seems to fit him.

JTP, is the poem a personal opinion on the life of TC?

Very interesting. Much enjoyed this poem. It sounds like something different from you my friend.
