It is a verse form that uses Chi Yen Shih and Wu Yen Shi meters. The elements of the Chueh Chu are: an 8 line meditation made up of two quatrains of either the Chi Yen Shih or Wu Yen Shih meters or a combination. rhymed, Variable rhyme schemes may be used, Rhyme schemes may be aaxa xaxa or xbxb xbxb or aaxa aaxa x being unrhymed. Too early for tricks. Though only partly grown, she stretches tall, bowling over little kids and elders alike, jumps in your lap, thinking she’s small.
