PMO Password Compromised

My security software notified me yesterday that my PMO password had appeared on a Dark Web list, associating the password with my name on PMO.  I came in and changed it today.  Thought everyone should know.

Dave, thank you — that’s good to know. We also have two-factor authentication as an option that members can use to add an extra layer of security; there’s a security question in use: “Who is your favorite poet?” That way even if an unauthorized person has a member’s log-in credentials (email and password), he would still have to get the security question right. Of course, most members would have to lie and choose another poet, otherwise hackers would just guess “tonyv” and get it right each time! 😀
