      knee joint screaming while climbing from bed.

This is it . . . .
      two blue pills promising numbing relief in a few minutes.

This is it . . . .
       mug of hot fragrant liquid offering rejuvenation. 

This is it . . . .
        blank computer screen presenting opportunity to write.
