Wonderwall by Oasis
"All the roads we walk are winding
and the lights that lead us there are blinding."

My garden path serpentines
through regal Iris blooms, wild
California poppies, around a prickly
Hawthorn, down
through knee high grasses
and meanders
deep into surrounding redwoods
full of mystery and wonder.
                 ~~Judi Van Gorder

Prompt:   Music—write another    poem in response to a particular song or larger musical work (or, alternatively, to a jukebox situation connected to “drunken barroom layabouts” to quote Harlow Flick)
