April 17 Dionysus

Recommended Posts

Gods and goddesses of Yore
played with humans of before.
Dionysus, god of wine,
set his sights to lust and dine.
Vino flowed from dusk to dawn
orgies, binge fests would be spawned.
Drink was spilled in drunken haste
forming puddled, bottle waste.
Some connect his game with shame
while ecstasy was his aim.
