Found this amusing piece about 'Bushism', the phenomenon of his mangling the grammar, syntax and semantics in his many interviews and moments of pith and wisdom:

I couldn't help laughing when I read the quotes. Some I had heard, some I had not. In a certain way, I'm like this politician: I, too, will sometimes put something in "the Google." icon_lol.gif

 

I love it when the press has a long memory and is unforgiving with these guys. Quayle's "For NASA, space is still a high priority" sticks in my mind.

We all have our Bushism moments and perhaps that is what makes his lapses, hilarous and endearing too icon_smile.gif People seem to have their own favorite quotes icon_wink.gif and the top 50 is worth printing out as a keepsake.
