The elements of the Mid-Swap are: an 18 line poem made up of 2 quatrains, a couplet, 2 more quatrains in that order. syllabic, lines of 8 syllables each. rhymed, A1abb ccdd A2A1 eeff - ggaA2 composed with 2 refrains.
